Do my players need an account?
Yes — a quick one: name, email, password. They open your invite link, sign up in about a minute and land straight in the squad. No app to install; it runs in the browser.
Is it really free?
The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: matches, RSVPs, waitlist, random teams and payment tracking. Paid plans add balanced teams, ratings, MOTM and season stats — you'll see prices in the app before choosing one.
Does SquadPlay handle the money?
No. It splits the pitch cost, shows your players where to pay (your own bank or Revolut details) and lets you mark who has paid. No card processing, no fees, no money held by us.
Which sports work?
Any sport played in sides: set players per team once — 3 for beach volleyball, 5, 7 or 11 for football, whatever you play — and plan 2 to 4 teams per match.
What about my data?
Stored in the UK (AWS London). No tracking cookies, no marketing emails, and you can delete your account yourself from the Profile screen. Details in the Privacy Policy.
